In 1976, the inhabitants of Csolnok and various supporters joined forces to create the fish ponds on the south-western side of the village of Csolnok, which are now known as the jewel of the village. Boat and pier fishing is not allowed. Its fauna is varied: in addition to the animals commonly found in the water, protected animals include the marsh turtle, wild duck, grey heron, and reed and sedge vegetation. Day-ticket fishing is available for guests.
